Saturday & Sunday December 15 - 16, 2007

December 15 is the classroom day held at the Grand Lake Fire Station

December 16 is the hands on practical test held at the east inlet

on Grand Lake. (Take West Portal Road to the East Inlet area.)

Each day takes about 4 hours depending on class size.

All children between the ages of 10 and 16 are required to complete

and pass all tests to receive their safety card. Any child between

these ages needs the safety card to be able to drive a snowmobile

by themselves, it is a State Law.

Volunteers are needed to help with the practical testing on Sunday.

Volunteers are to show up at the East Portal at 8:45 AM
