Join us for a unique day in Grand Lake, CO on Saturday February 18^th, 2012. Our goal is to raise over $10,000 for FLIGHT FOR LIFE COLORADO!

The SNOWMOBILE FOR LIFE POKER RUN benefits Flight for Life Colorado, a program within St. Anthony’s Hospital.

Snowmobile for Life is presented by The Trail Blazers Snowmobile Club, based in Grand Lake, CO and the

Mile High Snowmobile Club based in Denver.

The 11^th Annual Snowmobile for Life Poker Run to benefit Flight for Life Colorado will be held in beautiful Grand Lake, Colorado on Saturday, February 18, 2012.

PRIZES: $700, 1^st place (Best Poker Hand), $200, 2^nd place & $100, 3^rd place

Registration for the Snowmobile for Life Poker Run takes place from 9 a.m. – noon on the day of the event at the Community House in Grand Lake. 

Poker Run Course is open from 9am – 4pm. Riders begin as they wish before noon and complete by 4pm.

Cost per hand is $5.00 or 5 hands for $20.00.

The SILENT AUCTION is open from 9am – 4pm.  Always great stuff!

Grumpy’s Saloon is our Official HAPPY HOUR LOCATION on Saturday, February 18^th from 4 – 6 pm

Where the money goes: 

2012 will be a special year for Flight for Life Colorado.  In the fall, Flight for Life Colorado will celebrate its 40^th Anniversary of continuous service to the state of Colorado and the surrounding region.  Excitement for this special anniversary is already building, and this energy will be evident throughout the coming year, especially during the 2012 Snowmobile for Life Poker Run.  To celebrate 40 years of continuous service to Colorado and the region, St. Anthony Health Foundation is raising money to give Flight for Life Colorado a very special gift – a Eurocopter AS 350B3E! This new helicopter will have 20% more horsepower than the model used now, and will dramatically improve Flight for Life Colorado’s ability to make high-altitude rescues that get patients to a hospital for intensive care and treatment with minimum delay.  The proceeds from this event will be used to support this purchase.

 For nearly 40 years, Flight for Life Colorado has been dedicated to transporting any patient in need, regardless of the patient’s ability to pay or insurance status. Each year, flight teams provide more than $4 million in charity and uncompensated care.  This could not be done without support from the community. Flight for Life has SAVED 100,000 lives by our nation’s first civilian, nonprofit air ambulance.
